Returns
- Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all packaging intact.
- Customized, personalized, or specially made furniture items are not eligible for return.
- Items damaged due to customer handling, misuse, or improper installation cannot be accepted for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos/videos of the issue. Our team will review the case and provide the best possible solution.
